Ideal: To keep up to track for all of my modules

Reality: Falling behind on my studies

Cause: Unable to focus and understand module learning content

Effects/Results: Wasting more time trying to understand learning content

Goal: Sleep early so I can stay focus in class

Possible change: Set a daily timetable

Solution: Stick to the daily timetable even if there is possible unproductivity

Outcome of change: Yet to try
